Angelo Healed and Gets to go Home!

After spending 71 days in our care being treated for severe burns, Angelo went home on August 26, 2016! Angelo and his family was very excited that he was released from our care and able to return home to finish healing completely. Our hospital staff misses Angelo, but is happy that he recovered so well and is with his loving family.Here is a reminder of Angelo’s story: On July 1, 2016, a home was devoured by flames and in the backyard was Angelo, a beloved male German Shepherd, who is the family pet of the Van’s. Angelo made it out of the fire alive, but is severely burned. He received emergency care from Veterinary Emergency Services before coming into our care. Since July 6, 2016 he has been well taken care of by our hospital staff.
