Happy Adoption Story

While at one of our offsite adoption events at River Park, a young lady and her mother asked to see Pebbles and Bam Bam. After several minutes of cuddling these adorable puppies, Kelley and Lauren decided to adopt both! After finishing the adoption process, Kelley starting telling us that they lived in the Bay Area and at the shelter there, they don't have puppies for adoption so they drove to Fresno and came straight to the CCSPCA. The daughter, Lauren, is still in high school and during her freshman year she started a club dedicated to animal rights. Her club raises money to donate to different animal shelters. After completing the adoption, Lauren wrote out a check for $400 and asked if we could dedicate these funds specifically to the animals. Thank you, Kelley and Lauren, for your kindness and generosity! May you have many wonderful years together with Pebbles and Bam Bam.
