Humane Officers Rescue 5 dogs from Fresno Home
In the beginning of August 2015, two of our Humane Officers rescued 5 dogs from a southeast home. One of the dogs was severely burned on most of his body, another dog could barely walk due to an untreated spinal injury, and all 5 dogs were all infested with ticks. We have submitted a request for charges of animal neglect to the District Attorney’s office.
