Marks’ Story

In November 2017, the CCSPCA responded to a call regarding an abandoned dog. Upon arrival, our Humane Officers found much more than an abandoned dog. Marks was living in a small and filthy enclosure, and had an embedded pinch collar.Marks was seized into custody and immediately taken to have the collar surgically removed. He has made a full recovery and will be up for adoption very soon.
